Covid-19 Requirements

In order to follow our licensing board  TDLR guidelines and to provide you with  a safe environment the following protocols will need to be followed.

* Due to Govenors orders FACE MASK ARE REQUIRED WHEN ENTERING THE BUILDING, IN THE MAIN HALLWAYS AND IN THE RESTROOMS.

Mask may be removed during time of service.

*We ask when you arrive please text me at 817-266-5180 .  I will text you back when it is safe to enter.

*When you enter the building I ask that you first head to the restroom and wash and/ or sanitize your hands with hand sanitizer provided.

  
*Your temperature will be taken upon entry.  If your temperature is over 99* your appointment will need to  be rescheduled.

*Only 1 client person will be allowed in the studio.   Please no children at this time. All family members and friends will be asked to wait in your car.

*If you are currently awaiting Covid 19 test results we will need to reschedule your appointment until your results are in. 

If you or any member of your household has had any of these symptoms within the last 14 days we will need to reschedule.

*Fever     * Cough     *Chills     *Sore throat

*Congestion     *Nausea     *Shortness of breathe

*Muscle aches     *Pain or pressure in you chest      *Pink eye
